How did LittleMidgets start?

Little Midgets got started in the midsummer of 2004, where I started uploading weird movies and pictures and shared them with my friends and family over ICQ and email.

I then learned that they shared it with their friends and colleagues, so I thought why not build a site around it. So I drew some drafts of the logo and design and send it to a friend of mine and he made the logo and design that we have today. I then had the same guy build the backend thats running the site. All features on the site has been personally requested and thought out by me as I wanted this site to be what all the other sites of the same nature was not.

So why the name?

That's actually a good question. Early in 2004 I registered a bunch of  xxx domains... Littlemidgets.com being one of them. I had them all set up at the same server.
But when I started uploading the movies and pictures to share with my friends and family I figured it wouldn't be so cool to send an email to my mom with the url littlecoedteeniesluts.com so I choose the one that had the less xxx appeal of them all.

Why the nature of the site?

Well I'm of the belief that the Internet can be used for 3 things... surfing porn, surfing twisted humor sites and searching Google whenever you need questions asked. So I tried putting the 2 first things together. But to answer your question what makes it to the pages and what doesn't, is simple. I go for everything that will make me laugh or shock me.

How big is the site?

Currently we are averaging about 50-75.000 unique visitors a day but the number is growing everyday as more and more people find us.
